In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Abt, 187G," and the Amendments thereof, and of the Bankruptcy of James Kirn, of Balclutha, tailor, a Debtor. This is to notify that at a first meeting of the creditors of the above-named debtor held this day at the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse, Balclutha, Henry Sydney Reunert, of Balclutha, a certificated accountant in Bankruptcy, was elected Creditors' Trustee in Bankruptcy of the property of the said debtor, and that he has signified his acceptance of the Trusteeship.
