Have received instructions to sell by auction at Dunne's Hotel, Balclutha, on Friday, the 30th instant, at 12 o'clock, — That very valuable property in the Waiwera district known as the Albert Downs Estate, comprising 1700 acres of superior Agricultural Land, subdivided into 9 allotments, ranging from 7 acres to 360 acres each. The land has all been enclosed and subdivided into suitable paddocks. A considerable portion has been under cultivation, and has produced abundant crops of the finest grain.
