IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority in this behalf enabling me, 1, ,Hercules George K,obert Robinson'; the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do, hereby fix and appoint ;that sittings of the District Court of the Tokomairiro and Clutha District shall be held as follows, in lieu of those previously fixed and appointed : — In Resident 'Magistrate's Courthouse, at Tokomairiro, for the despatch of criminal and civil business, on the eighteenth day of May, on the thirteenth day of July, on the fourteenth day of September, and on the sixteenth day of November next.
