Annual Income Exceeds . £700,000 Accumulated Funds Nearly £3,000,000 It is found in the course of business that mistakes often occur in consequence of the similarity of name assumed by some of the new offices operating in New Zealand. Inconsequence of this it is necessary to mention that the Australian Mutual Provident Society is the correct designation of the oldest Mutual Life office in Australia. An impression exists that this Society is represented by canvassers working the Clutha district at present. Such is not the case. Arrangements, however, are being made to represent fully the interests of the Society in this respect on an early dato. Intending insurers would do well to consider the superior advantages offered by this Society ; being admitted on all hands as the premier Life Institution of the Southern Hemisphere, with very few equals at Home. Full particulars obtained on application to JOHN MACDONALD, Agent for Clutha. Balclutha, 19th August, 1880. 339 JJANK OF JSEW ZEALAND. On the 15th September next the business of the Clinton Agency will be transferred to the Balclutha Office of this Bank, where all Deposits, Bills/ &c, will be payable after that date. For the convenience of constituents in this district, however, the office at Clinton will be opened every Friday, immediately i after the -arrival of the first train front Balclutha. ■■■•..! -; Clinton, 6th August; 1880. r.
