A Bill intitled "iAn Act to amend
the Property Assessment,, Act, ( 18?9;" To the classes of property exempt from taxation under the 'said h Act \ : as - mentioned in, section- "26, ..there shall be added the following : — ■" All household furniiure aAd effects in actual use, including books, plate, wearing apparel] jewellery of all kinds, and all pictures and works of art.
