RUNS.

The Waste Lands Board, at its meeting on Wednesday, took into "consideration the manner of dealing with a number of runs, the leases of which expire in March, 1880, in terms Of section 114:, Lands Act, 1877. The Chairman, in bringing the rAatter forward, laid a list of the ruhs, with descriptions of the country, &c. > upon tlie table*, and there were only two of the runs —Nos, 98. and "99^— the former Mr Teschemaker's,, the latter £>r Webster's — regarding which, in his opinion, there could not be any doubt as to the advisability of releasing.
