Pillans, Esq. to offer for sale by Public Auction, the whole of his magnificent Estate, known as MANUKA ISLAND STATION, Containing 8000 acres of the very best wheat soil in the Province. It was one of the first Runs taken up in the Province, and so has been depastured with sheep for the past thirty years.
