TT ENRY DRIVER (On behalf of the N.Z.L. and M.A. Co.) has received instructions from William Griffiths, Esq. (who is about leaving for the home country), to sell by pubhc auction without reserve, on the ground, on Friday, October 11, All that valuable Freehold Property situated on the Koua branch of the Clutha River, about four miles below Balclutha, and adjoining the property of John Shaw, Esq., Finegand, comprising 200 acres of the most fertile agricultural land in the Clutha District. Also, The unexpired Lease of 200 Acres of landadjoiningthe above property, together with substantial stable, stockyard, ancl other outhouses erected thereon. Twenty acres of this land is sown down in oats, the remainder being under English grass. The lease expires on the lst day of May, 1879.
