Notice is hereby given, that a QUARTERLY LICENSING MEETING for the Town of Balclutha, will be held at the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse, Balclutha, on Tuesday, the 3rd September, at noon, for the purpose of taking into consideration all applications for certificates for such licenses as by " The Licensfng Act, 1873, Amendment Acts, 1874 and 1875," are authorised to be granted by Licensing Courts, and the transfer or removal or renewal of such Licenses of which 21 days' notice shall have been given to the Clerk of the Licensing Court for the District in which the premises, in respect of which such application is made, are situated.
