The desire on the part of the Public to support Colonial Industries has induced the Proprietors, Messrs HALLENSTEIN" BROS. & CO., to largely extend their Factory, so that it now employs upwards of 500 people, and the new organization of skilled labour has enabled them to manufacture a class of Clothing far superior to anything that can be imported. Their Boys' and Youths' Clothing is adapted to the requirements ol all classes, and the School Suits are the best ever placed before tlio public. The Tweeds manufactured by tlio MOSGIEL WOOLLEN* FACTORY, of which Mi- Hallekstein is one of the largest proprietors, have of late so much improved in quality, that a great portion of the Clothing is now manufactured from these Tweeds. Agri culture, Woolgrowing, Miniug, and Commerce will flourish, and employment will be given to thousands of people.
