The machinery and appliances are all complete, and include a biscuit machine, quite new, which cost £42 10s; also confection -moulds and machinery complete. In compliance with the Public Works Act, Section 93, notice is hereby giren that the Matau District Road Board, having provided convenient ways to the adjacent lands, intend to close the following road, vis. : — That piece of road at Stirling from main road to river, between section 8, block XTI., and section <>, block XHI., North Molyneux. And it is further notified that plans of the above road may be seen at the office of the Board, Inch Clutha, on any lawful day between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., during twelve weeks from this date.
