It is hereby notified and proclaimed that the foregoing Bye-Laws, Nos. 1 and 2, of the CliuSha County Council, have been duly made and confirmed by the said Council, and the Common Seal of the Body Corporate has been affixed thereto, and that a copy thereof has been sent to the Colonial Secretary, and that the said Bye-LaAvs will come into force on the 22nd day of March, 1878.
