The third annual, show in connection with the Mataura Pastoral and Agricultural Society, was held at Wyndham on Thursday, the Ith inst. The draught stallions included r Mr Pollock's Heather Ben ; a Taieri horse, Mr J. Eirkland's Yo.iing Hero, a rather massive animal, and Mr Adarnson's Nej*? Zealand Prince, a very fine horse -for his age, by Prince., of ■. -Wales,- a- favourite in Southland. The' thoroughbreds were. well represented by Mr. W-.
