A Bill intituled an Act to amend " The Civil List Act 1863 Amendment Act, 1873," and to remove doubts as to the Disqualification of certain Member** Of the Executive Council. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority 6f th 6 same, as follows:— 1.
