Notice m hkreby given that the Ro-vi-dng Officer will hold a Court foi* the Prevision of ihe List of Voters of the District of Clutha, on Wednesday, the 31st day of May nest, at 10 o'clock in ths forenoon, at the Courthouse, Balclutha, at which Court will be heard and determined all claims duly made to have names insetted in the said L : st of Voters, and all objections duly made to the names of persons being retained or placed on the Electoral R./11 oi the said District. Tbe names of persons whose christian names or whose qualifications shall be wholly omitted, where by law required to be specified, in the said List, or whose place of abode, or the nature,, or description of whose qualifications . are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expunged, unless the matter so insufficiently described be then supplied. The Revising Officer will also, at the said Court, make such corrections in the said List, and do all such other acts as are required of him by the "Registration of Electors Act, 1866." Iv accordance with arrangements made with the Traill c Manager, all Goods sent from or to the- Terminus will only be charged at Stirling rates. All Goods and Parctls addressed to the care of Mr C. will be carefully looked after, and despatched or received as the ca*e may lie, arid delivered to the con slgnees, either by himself, in BJclutha, or by his agents, in Dunedin or elsewhere. - Those despatching or ordering goods to or from Balclutha should therefore instruct that all 6uch be addressed to tbe care of B.
