The Cuisine Department, and general house management, will be under the supervision of Mrs Stanbrook, who will spare no pains to effect the comfort, of all those who may favor the proprietor with their patronage. The Stables will be attended by careful and experienced grooms, Cobb and Co., Yeend, M'Neil and Co.'s Coaches, arrive and take their departure daily from the hotel. Saddle and Harnesa Horses, Buggies, &c, always on hire. The proprietor having just received a Carriage Break From the makers, is now ready to receive Horses for the purpose of breaking the same to harness.
