At auction, on the 24th inst, Maclean Brothers. , Dunedm, ottered to public (competition the Landsdowne J. arm Pueru^, the. property of- Donald Henderson, Esq., and Oxford Farm, Waihola, the property of Joseph Albert, Esq. There was but a moderate attendance. The bidding was devoid of spirit, and both: properties were withdrawn. The former is now under offer privately, and the latrer has since been sold to C. R. Chapman,. Esq., say 1,662 acres, at £2 12s per acre.. -
