We extract the following from th% Dunedin labor market report of last week. The" arrivals during the week, although large, are not too much for the demand. Trades are active ; all girls are wanted. Wages :— Pick, shovel, and quarry men, from 9s to, 12s per day ; ploughmen and farm hands, from 4552 to £65 ; couples, £75 ;to /£9O ; masons, carpenters, and bricklayers, 12s to 15»; gardeners, grooms, waiters, barmen, &c, 25s to 40s, per week; house and hotel females, from £26 to £52 and higher; boys and girls, from 6s to 15s per week; busfi and sawmill hands, 9s, 10s, and 12s . shepherds," quiet. '
