The visit of the Prince of Wales to Paris and to the chataux of some Legitimist nobles, has given birth to strange political speculations.
Upcle. Sarq.'s envy was. aroused on hearing of the annexation of Fiji, and now the papers are demanding- that American interests in the South Pacific he conserved by the appropriation of the Navigators Group. As an inducement they have got up a bogus story charging 1 Germany with designs in that direction. It is more than probable that the question will . be introduced in the. next Congress.
