THE COLONIAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND. -\TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, Pursuant to the Deed of Settlement of the Colonial Bank of New Zealand, a Special GENERAL MEETING of tbe Proprietors of the B^id B»nk will be held at the Masonic Hall, Moray Place, Dunedin, in tbe Province of Otago, on Wednesday, the thirtieth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and Feventy-four, at two o'c'ock, p.m., for the purpose of E'ect'ng Seven Dir, ctors and Two Auditors, to be tbe first Directifs icd Auditors of the said B nk.
