NZLL plans date change
PA Wellington New Zealand Light Leathers plans to change its balance date from December 31 to June 30, to coincide with the balance date of its parent, Strong and Fisher, Ltd. N.Z. Light Leathers will next report on June 30,
1990, for an 18-month period, but it expects to report for the 12 months to December 31 early in March. Its result to June 30, 1989, was audited. Its next annual meeting will be in late 1990. The company is making an application to the
Companies Office for its 15 months rule (5135, 1A of the Companies Act) to be waived. The usual annual meeting and dividend dates are not expected to be changed and reports to shareholders will be made within the required times.
