IEP reaches agreement

Industrial Equity (Pacific) said it reached an option agreement with Mr Maurice Bayon to acquire the 473,638 shares of Petroleum Helicopters Inc’s common stock outstanding he holds. lEP said it can exercise its option from March 30 to June 30, 1990, or earlier if Bayon dies.
