Environ delisted
Environ Corporation (in receivership) was delisted by the Stock Exchange yesterday for failing to meet listing requirements. The move to suspend the Auckland-based rubbish disposal and recycling group was first made public by the exchange’s market surveillance panel on December 5. Environ was among the 19 companies named by the panel for failing to either
supply an annual report for the year ended March 31 or provide information on the latest financial position. Meanwhile the panel has also put pressure on companies with July 31 balance dates, requesting Woodstock Investments, Homer Greenlees Corporation and Laurensons Bakery to provide either financial announcements or an explanation on the failure to provide such information by January 17.
