Jockeys suspended
PA Auckland Lance O'Sullivan, Warwick Robinson and Paul Hillis were suspended at the Waikato Racing Club's meeting last Friday on charges of careless riding. O’Sullivan, however, was able io fulfil his engagements at Awapuni last Saturday. Robinson and O’Sullivan were involved in a bumping incident in the Fletcher Aluminium 1600. O’Sullivan was suspended until December 26 and Robinson until December 20, Hillis received two terms of suspension after the Nutri-Metics Welter Hillis was suspended from December 21 until December 23.
