The Paediatric Registrar will work with a team of three Paediatricians to provide cover for; a one ward 30 bed busy general Paediatric Unit, a Paediatric Outpatient and Child Development Unit which acts as a resource for Children from throughout Northland, and the New Born Unit that provides level two care for sick babies derived from Northlands 2000 deliveries per year.
