NZPA-Reuter New York Wall Street stocks made moderate gains on Friday (early Saturday New Zealand time) in the belief that November’s United States unemployment figures just released would allow the Federal Reserve to push down interest rates. The Dow Jones industrial average closed with a gain of 10.66 at 2731.44. In the broader market, advances outpaced declines by a four-to-three margin.
