‘RJI exits’
NZPA Sydney Robt Jones Investments reportedly plans to abandon Brisbane’s office market. The “Courier-Mail” newspaper in Brisbane says RJI last week put up for sale Norwich House, a 16-storey building completed last year and expected to fetch about sAust2o million (SNZ26M), and the Commonwealth Courts Building, expected to fetch about sAust3o million (SNZ39.2M). The company was already marketing Australia House, a 17-level building, for an asking price believed to be sAust37 million (SNZ4B.4M).
