‘Win, win’
Roger Donaldson is a man who likes his customers to be happy because happy customers are good for business. That is why he would rather sell them Toyotas. Roger is the Garry Donnithorne Toyota used car sales manager,. operating on the corner of Lichfield and Durham Streets. “Toyota is a good product. It is as simple as that. We have less warranty problems with them than any other make and people like them. And they hold their value better than any other Japanese make. “I even have people from other yards telling me I’m lucky because I’m
selling such a good product. I’ve been selling them for ten years now and I know they’re good.” He said the Toyota product gives him the satisfaction of achieving his objective in selling preowned cars. “We aim for a win-win situation, where both we and the customer come out on top. Too often, the process of selling cars is a win-lose process; . Not here. Especially not with Toyotas.” Footnote: Roger is currently on the lookout for pre-owned Toyotas ... If you have one to sell, call him and check out his claim that “I think I’m pretty friendly.”
