Education Vacancies LECTURER IN SOCIOLOGY UNIVERSITY OF CANTERBURY APPLICATIONS are invited for the above position from suitably qualified persons from any field within Sociology. The appointee will be expected to contribute to the core courses within the Sociology programme and to develop a special research interest. Preference will be given to those with a special Interest in the Ethnic Relations/Sociology of Health/ Cultural Studies. The minimum qualification on appointment is the Ph.D degree. The salary for Lecturers is on a scale from $36,000 to $43,700 (bar), and from $45,000 to $47,200 per annum. Applications close on March 30, 1990.
