Public Notices REVIEW OF OMBUDSMEN ACT 1975 AND OFFICIAL INFORMATION ACT 1982 IN RELATION TO STATE ENTERPRISES PARLIAMENT has set up a State-Owned Enterprises (Ombudsmen and Official Information Acts) Committee to review the effect of the Ombudsmen Act 1975, and the Official Information Act 1982 on the operation of State enterprises. The review will determine whether either, or both of those Acts should continue to apply to State enterprises. It will also examine the relevant changes (f any) that should be made to either or both of those Acts, if it decides that either or both should continue to apply.
