JAL issues
The part-owner of Air New Zealand, Japan Airlines, Ltd, plans to issue eight million new shares and three convertible bonds in a bid to raise .more capital. The airline, which bought 7.5 per cent of Air New Zealand in April this year, said that the issues were worth a total 65 billion yen (SNZ767 million).
