COUNCIL PROPOSED STOPPING OF UNFORMED ROAD BEING AN UNNAMED ROAD ADJOINING CARRS ROAD, LOBURN PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 319(h) and 342(l)(a) of the Local Government Act 1974, the Hurunui County Council proposes to stop the road described in the schedule hereto: SCHEUDLE AREA: 2.8190 hectares, being unformed road SHOWN AS: “A” SURVEY OFFICE PLAN: 16582 ADJOINING: Part R.S. 9211 situated in Block XIII Grey Survey District AREA: 4.1490 hectares, being unformed road SHOWN AS: “B” SURVEY OFFICE PLAN: 16582 ADJOINING: Part R.S. 9211 situated in Block XIII Grey Survey District PURPOSE The proposed stopping recognises Council acceptance that it is no longer practicable to require a road to be formed on the alignment shown on the plan, that adequate access will be retained, and to transfer the above areas of land comprising 2.8190 hectares and 4.1490 hectares shown as “A” and “B” on the plan respectively to an adjacent landowner, for Incorporation into their existing title. The abovementioned plan is deposited at the Council Offices, Amberley, where it is available for inspection during normal office hours. Any person objecting to the proposal shall lodge each objection in writing at the office of the Hurunui County Council, Main North Road, Amberley or posted to P.O.
