Minoil sells stake?
Minoil Securities, part of Clayton Robard, is believed to have sold 10 per cent of its stake in Sons of Gwalia, a listed Australian goldmine. as part of the rationalisation of the investment group, broking sources said. Three million shares in the goldminer were traded at sAusts2sc each, 7c above the current price, by Hambros Australia Finance, on market yesterday. Brokers said Minoil previously owned 15.5% of Sons of Gwalia, the second largest holding to Gwalia Resources controlling 38%.
