Poland to enter new era today
NZPA-Reuter Warsaw The Polish Prime Minister, Tadeusz Mazowiecki, is expected to unveil his Cabinet today giving the Communists a junior role in the Polish Government for the first time since the 19405. A parliamentary source close to negotiations on forming the four-party coalition Government said yesterday that Mr Mazowiecki had picked most of his team. The candidates would be considered by parlia-
mentary commissions starting today, the source said. At the same time, the President, General Wojciech Jaruzelski, reshuffled top military posts including the commanders of the Air Force and Poland’s three military districts. In Dusseldorf, West Germany, the Polish Solidarity leader, Lech Walesa, urged industrialists to invest in Poland and save it from bankruptcy.
