Allflex visit for Chinese
PA Wellington A team of four representatives from Allflex Holdings’ new Chinese joint venture partner arrived in Palmerston North yesterday for training and discussions on eartag manufacture. The joint venture, between eartag manufacturer Allflex and the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade, has resulted in a company called the Peking Allflex Plastics Products Company. Allflex will invest $lOO million in the venture and estimates the potential market for its tags in China js 200 M sheep, 100 M cattle, and 400 M pigs.
