The acquistion of National Bloodstock Corporation by Pacer Kerridge Corporation does not include National Bloodstock (Australia) Pty which will stay with Madison Corporation, but will change its name. As part of a financial reconstruction Pacer Kerridge has sold its shareholding in Madison.
