Motor div. to be sold
PA Wellington Listed Napier company, Baillie Farmers Motors, is selling its motor division to shareholder, Peter Burgess, and director, Paul Stitchbury. The assets and business of the division will be sold to a company yet to be formed, Baillie Farmers said.
