The purpose of the Licence is to enable the Otautahi Sports Association Incorporated to:— (a) Promote and encourage the playing of sports by kindred Otautahi sports teams. (b) To provide an environment for the meeting place of kindred Otautahi sports teams. (c) To do all such things that are incidental or conducive to the attainment of both purposes.
