Big water partner
Murchison Holdings has landed Australia’s biggest company as a major partner for the international development of its newly-restructured waste water operator, Austgen Biojet Holdings Pty, Ltd. Broken Hill Proprietary’s BHP Engineering Pty will be allotted a 40 per cent stake in Austgen with an 18 month option to add a further 10 per cent under an agreement with Murchison business arm, Quest Investments. Financial details of the share subscription, including the total price paid for the holding, have not been disclosed.
