Murchison Holdings has landed Australia’s biggest company as a major partner for the international development of its newly-restructured waste water operator, Austgen Biojet Holdings Pty, Ltd. Broken Hill Proprietary’s BHP Engineering Pty will be allotted a 40 per cent stake in Austgen with an 18 month option to add a further 10 per cent under an agreement with Murchison business arm, Quest Investments.
