Striker spends $135,655
Striker Group NL, the Christchurch-based oil explorer and investment company, spent $135,655 on exploration in the quarter ended June 30.
The company reports to the Stock Exchange that it borrowed $182,976 during the quarter and raised $13,146 from operations. Apart from exploration, $56,087 was spent on administration. Interests held in New Zealand by the company and its subsidiaries at the end of the quarter were: PPL 38502, Murchison Basin, 79.5% owned by Striker; PPL 38070, Central Westland Basin, 60.2981%; PPL 38075, Central Westland Basin, 12.247%; PPL 38133, North Taranaki Graben; PPL 38406, South Taranaki Basin, 17.8%; PPL 38311, East Coast Fold Belt, 89%; PPL 38319, East Coast, South Island, 89%. Striker will also have 34% of a three-well project in Southern Cebu, in the Philippines, on completion of the project.
