Where any person whose name does not appear on the electoral roll because It does not appear on the appropriate parliamentary roll claims to possess the necessary qualifications as a parliamentary elector for the Banks Peninsula District, or where any person’s name, address, or occupation Is incorrectly recorded on the electoral roll because It Is Incorrectly recorded on the parliamentary roll, that person may make application for registration or a correction of registration as a parliamentary elector in the form prescribed by the Electoral Act 1956 or by regulations made under that Act. The election of ten mem-, bers of the Banks Peninsula District Council elected as follows: a) Five members elected by the electors of the Lyttel-ton-Mount Herbert Ward; and b) Two members elected by the electors of the Wairewa Ward; and c) Three members elected by the electors of the Akaroa Ward. 3. The election of six members of the Lyttelton-Mount Herbert Community Board, elected by the electors of the Lyttelton-Mount Herbert Ward. 4. The election of six members of the Akaroa-Walrewa Community Board elected as follows: Four members elected by the electors of the Akaroa Ward; and Two members elected by the electors of the Wairewa Ward.
