PA Wellington Parliament resumed under urgency at 9 a.m. yesterday. Debate continued on the second reading of the Finance Bill (No. 5). The Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr Moore, moved the introduction of the Finance Bill (No. 6), then moved the second reading. The debate was interrupted again when the House rose at midnight. It was due to resume at 9 a.m. today.
