A North Canterbury Catchment Board & Regional Water Board BYLAW NO. 3 1989 BURNING CONTROL PURSUANT TO SECTION 3 of the above Bylaw, the Board advises that all landholders within Zones A, Bl and B2 of the North Canterbury Catchment District as indicated on the above map are subject to this Bylaw. All burning of vegetation within the defined zones is by permit only. Grain stubble and heaps of hedge trimmings are excluded, but these may be subject to County fire'restrictions. The accurate identification of the zones is shown on map M 566 which is held at the Board’s office, corner Latimer Square and Worcester Street, Christchurch, and may be inspected during office hours (8.30 a.m. — 5 p.m.).
