Whim takeover
Dominion Mining has acquired 96.24 per cent of goldminer, Whim Creek Consolidated, after the closure of its offer on July 26, Dominion’s company secretary, Mr Douglas Agnew, said. He said Dominion would now proceed to compulsorily acquire the outstanding shares. Dominion, through Patshore Pty, was offering two of its shares for each Whim Creek share, excluding dividends, or nine shares plus Austl2sc (NZl6lc) cash for every five, including the special dividend of AustlOc.
