Fund cleared
The Commerce Commission has cleared the National Provident Fund to take to 25.2 per cent its stake in Mainzeal Properties. The clearance follows the announcement to the Stock Exchange this week by Welling-ton-based Todd Corporation that it had conditionally purchased 36 per cent of the property group, and will control the company with a total 51.2 per cent shareholding.
