ADAMSON, George (Bill) (late 2/Klng Edward Vll’s Own Gurkhas, Major, Reg. No. EC1885) - On July 26, 1989 (peacefully), at his home, dearly beloved husband and companion of Jo, loved father and father-in-law of Diana and Donald McFarlane, and Michael and Jane, beloved puppa and daa of Hamish, Jonathan, and Kate McFarlane, Nikki, Jeremey, and Caroline Adamson, and loved brother of Jean Westwater Glen. No flowers, please, but as an alternative, donations to Cancer Research, P.O. Box 13-049, Christchurch, would be appreciated and may by made at the service. The entire Funeral service will be held In St Barnabas’ Anglican Church, Fendalton, This Day (Friday), at 3 p.m. Lamb and Hayward, Ltd.
