Coles Myer sale

Westfield Capital Corporation said it had sold its 7.8% stake in Coles Myer for sAust366 million (SNZ474M) to Amberbay, an associate company of Premier Investments. Premier was associated with Mr Solomon Lew, who already holds about 10 per cent of Coles Myer voting stock.
