BENNETT, Jack — Lily, Fay and family wish to express their sincere thanks to the many relatives and friends who called, phoned, and expressed sympathy with cakes, cards, and floral tributes at the time of Jack’s death. Dann for the wonderful concern and help given Frank and myself during his long Illness. To Dr J. Dobson for his caring attention, the staff at B2 Princess Margaret Hospital, for their kindness to Frank during his many trips to hospital and all who attended the service. EATON, Kathleen Irene, of Kaikoura — The family of the late Kath Eaton wish to thank relatives, friends and neighbours most sincerely for their loving kindness, sympathy and support given in attending the Funeral and for the lovely flowers, cards, mass cards, phone calls, baking and visits. This has been most supporting through the extremely sad loss of a truly devoted and wonderful mother, mother-in-law and nana.
