Sale to Chch
Complete Finance, of Christchurch, has bought the principal asset of EuroNational Credit, a wholly owned subsidiary of EuroNational Corporation. The asset is the hire-purchase book.
Complete Finance is owned by Armada Holdings, Ltd, in which the chief shareholder is the well-known Queenstown businessman, Mr Jim Boult. Complete Finance will thus administer existing hire-pur-chase contracts of EuroNational Credit. It has also bought some fixed assets.
The sale leaves EuroNational Credit with only a small factors and rental book, which will be progressively wound down or sold.
