Lion delay
PA Wellington Lion Nathan’s $225 million deal to sell its soft drink interests to C-C Bottlers, of Adelaide, has been delayed as the Australian company and the Coca Cola Company, of the United States, work out final details.
The sale of Lion subsidiary. Oasis Industries, was due to be completed in early July, but a Lion spokeswoman said drawn out talks between the Coca-Cola parent company and C-C Bottlers meant the deal had been delayed.
